At Ciocca Collision of Williamsport, you'll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!Qualifications• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred)• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve• Valid driver's license and clean driving recordResponsibilities• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager's estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.What We Offer• Hourly flat rate pay• Full Time• PTO and holidays• 401(K) retirement plan with company matching• The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision• Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family• Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, washAt Ciocca Collision of Williamsport, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
