Program ManagerGVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.GVI is seeking an experienced, highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee a contract in support of the support to V Department and affiliated programs in other Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) departments. In this role, you will lead a team of 75 personnel responsible for providing services in the areas of business and financial analysis, program analysis and documentation, technical documentation, cost estimating and analysis, schedule development, maintenance, analysis and acquisition support. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving successful contract execution and fostering a strong working relationship with government stakeholders, and ensuring all program activities align with contract requirements.If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment and have a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and delivering results, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction for overall contract executionManage and supervise personnel, including hiring, performance management, and professional developmentOversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reportingCoordinate and execute personnel security actions in compliance with DoD and Department of the Navy requirementsServe as the primary interface with government clients and prime contractorsParticipate in status meetings, program reviews, and executive briefingsEnsure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetIdentify program risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesMaintain strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company policiesRequired QualificationsMust have an active SECRET (interim clearance is acceptable) security clearance in the Defense Industrial Security System (DISS) and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Sensitive/Compartmented Information (SCI) access.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)10+ years of Program Management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs (Navy preferred).Demonstrated ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.Proven experience in personnel management and team leadershipStrong understanding of program financial management and government contract complianceLocation: Dahlgren, VASalary: $120K-$140KVEVRAA Federal ContractorThree Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
