• Monitor and manage laboring patients
• Assist in C-sections and cerclage procedures
• Utilize electronic fetal monitoring (EFM)
• Coordinate with surgical and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current NRP, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in EFM
