HR Business Partner

Provide support to assigned contract regarding employee relations matters Act in a generalist capacity Frequently travel to prison locations within the assigned territory Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; we will also consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred Minimum of (6-10) years of HR or employee relations experience with a large company Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee population Experience working in unionized environments, including adherence to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) Strong employee relations background Travel up to 40% to support facilities throughout assigned territory Must be comfortable visiting and working within correctional facilities Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, particularly in unionized environments, while effectively supporting a geographically dispersed workforce. Capable of navigating complex employee issues and adhering to collective bargaining agreements.
