Maintenance Manager

Overview The Maintenance Supervisor will operate a continuous improvement maintenance program based upon equipment cost control and reliable machinery that supports Food Safety, Personal Safety, and Product Quality. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities to keep production equipment available and reliable. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in maintenance processes. Collaborate with operations, quality, and safety teams to ensure adherence to food safety and worker safety standards. Train and mentor maintenance technicians and shift teams as needed. Qualifications Experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of equipment reliability, maintenance best practices, and cost control. Ability to work a 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) and train on 1st shift for several weeks as required. Possession of or willingness to obtain required safety and quality certifications applicable to food manufacturing. Compensation: $32.00 hourly • Employment type: Permanent • Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
