Position: Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Start Date: Immediate About Us Hillside Medical Group is a fast-growing, patient-centered primary care organization committed to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare to our community. Our team is dedicated to innovation, integrated care, and creating an exceptional patient experience. We are expanding our provider team and are excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner . Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, efficient, and passionate about preventive care and chronic disease management within a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Perform physical exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement patient-centered care plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Provide patient education on wellness, chronic disease management, and preventive care Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and care coordination teams Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation in the EMR Contribute to quality metrics and population health initiatives Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program Active Texas APRN License & Board Certification (FNP required) Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care New graduates and experienced NPs are welcome to apply What We Offer Quality bonus Strong support system & collaborative team environment Holiday Time off Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Medical Practices How to Apply Please submit your resume/CV to View email address on click.appcast.io
