Dermatologist (MD/DO)

We are seeking a Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our brand new dermatology practice in Naples, Florida! This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering a flexible schedule, strong patient demand, and the ability to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Up to $500,000 Per Year - Based on Experience

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice
• Full-time opportunity
• Flexible scheduling options:
  • 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
  • 5 days per week (8-hour shifts)
• Anticipated start date: August 2026 (preferred)
• Opportunity to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Patient volume of approximately 25–30 patients per day to start
• Comfortable treating patients ranging from teens through geriatrics
• Open to both experienced dermatologists and new graduates
• EMR: EMA (Electronic Medical Assistant)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology services in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic dermatologic conditions
• Perform skin cancer screenings and treatment
• Complete office-based procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with clinical support staff and Advanced Practice Providers
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population

MOHS Opportunity

MOHS fellowship training is not required but would be highly valued. The organization currently performs approximately 600 MOHS procedures annually through its local mobile clinic, creating an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in expanding procedural services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical and patient-centered approach to care
