Inbound Corporate Insurance Digital Sales Consultant

This is not a remote role. We are seeking talent living in the local Pittsburgh area. This is a Corporate / B2B Sales role. ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. The position is based in Pittsburgh and requires in-person presence. As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to CFOs, HR and payroll administrators, small business owners, and more across a range of organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Grow our business while growing yours: work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans: implement a sales strategy targeted at decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and a high ethical standard.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Acumen using new tools: quick learner who embraces insights and real‑time data to assist clients throughout their buying journey. Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, proactive outreach without fear of rejection; manage time and present ideas in a clear professional manner while leveraging go‑to‑market technology. Continuous learner: always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to improve. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes: Two or more years of previous sales experience or a sales internship. Military experience: teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality aid in building relationships and achieving success.

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE

Prior quota‑carrying experience. Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms. Experience with video platforms.
