Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in the production process, efficiently loading and unloading wood or laminate materials into cutting, drilling, and edge-banding machines. You will input programs based on detailed work instructions, ensure precise operation, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wood and laminate processing machines, ensuring smooth production cycles

• Load and unload materials safely using appropriate lifting devices

• Input and confirm program accuracy based on provided work instructions

• Remove finished parts and scrap, then reset equipment for subsequent cycles

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area to promote safety and efficiency

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience

• Working knowledge of machine operation, basic programming, and technical schematics

• Hands-on experience with hand tools in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and measurements

• Proficiency in inspecting parts to meet quality standards

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the manufacturing area, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including during scheduled shifts

Pay Details: $19.90 per hour
