Regional Sales Vice President West

Role Overview The Regional Sales Vice President reports to the SVP Americas Sales and sets the regional sales strategy while managing overall sales performance across both direct and partner channels. This senior leader builds, leads, and motivates a high‑performing sales team focused on continuous customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategy and tactical game plan in partnership with sales leadership, channel sales, and RevOps, ensuring territory and account alignment and monitoring performance goals and key performance indicator metrics. Lead the team through inspirational and disciplined management, fostering a positive, open, innovative, and high‑performing sales culture. Engage customers and partners, work with the team to identify, support, and close opportunities. Maintain sales operational excellence by delivering accurate forecasts, managing sales pipelines, funnel conversions, processes, and reporting. Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Enablement to create consumable product and solution content tailored to the market, enhancing cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. Act as an ambassador for the Trellix go‑to‑market model and reinforce a unified “one voice” approach to clients. Qualifications 8+ years of overall sales experience, including 4+ years leading enterprise SaaS software sales teams in a direct‑sales model; cybersecurity software sales history is highly desired. Experience in private‑equity or VC‑backed companies that delivered SaaS cyber solutions to market (not required but advantageous). Proven background in talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and succession planning, having led a team of at least five account managers and generated $35 M or more in new and renewal bookings. Demonstrated success working with a wide variety of partners—including resellers, integrators, distributors, MSPs, and MDRs—to deliver customer success. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and credibly at all organizational levels, especially with customer executives. Compensation Base Pay Range: $225,000 – $237,500. On‑Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $450,000 – $475,000+. Compensation may include commission and long‑term incentives based on performance and company policy.
