Additionally, we are looking for PRN (as-needed) staff to fill roles as Med Techs and Care Staff to support our residents' needs. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we invite you to become part of our welcoming community.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilitySupport residents with medication management and administration as a Med Tech (training provided)Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing teamAssist with meal service and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentFoster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residentsFollow all safety and health protocols to ensure resident safety and compliance with regulationsSkills and Qualifications:Prior experience in assisted living, home health aide (HHA), or related healthcare fieldsCompassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and careCertification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Med Tech preferred; training available for qualified candidatesFlexibility to work evenings and as needed for PRN shiftsJoin our dedicated team and enjoy a rewarding environment where your efforts truly make a difference.
