Maintain Standards: Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained, including equipment and overall operations. Manage Finances: Understand and manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. Ensure Compliance: Follow all laws and regulations and adhere to Brands/Mitra standards and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID. Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be able to work with minors. Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs. Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds.
