SEO / SEM Specialist

About The Role The role owns organic and paid search performance end-to-end, scaling technical SEO, keyword strategy, and SEM campaigns to drive high-intent pipeline. The specialist will partner with content, product, and growth teams to optimize site architecture, run paid acquisition experiments, and maximize return on ad spend. Key Responsibilities Execute technical SEO audits, resolve crawling and indexing issues, and optimize site performance and Core Web Vitals Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, optimizing bids, keywords, and ad copy to drive down CAC Partner with the content team to develop SEO-driven content briefs and execute backlink acquisition strategies Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages and search ad creative to maximize conversion rates Track and report organic and paid search metrics, defining clear KPIs for traffic, rankings, and pipeline attribution Manage the SEM budget and allocate spend dynamically based on channel efficiency and ROI What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO and SEM programs for B2B or B2C technology companies Advanced proficiency with industry tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, and Ahrefs Strong technical foundation in site architecture, schema markup, and technical SEO best practices Proven track record of scaling paid search campaigns while maintaining strict efficiency and ROAS targets Bonus: Experience with enterprise SEO at scale, programmatic advertising, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
