Senior Electrical Engineer (10+ years)

Job Description Coffman Engineers’ Honolulu office is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment. The role requires consulting to architectural practices, working on a multi‑discipline engineering team, and providing technical design, construction support, and proposal writing. It demands leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to professional growth. Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) (HI preferred) Experience with Revit (preferred) Experience designing DoD projects (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent leadership and supervisory skills Experience consulting to contractor and architectural clients Experience supervising multiple clients and projects simultaneously Experience working as part of a multi‑discipline design team Salary Expected annual salary: $110,000 – $140,000.
