Senior Marketing Scientist, Level 4

Responsibilities Be the primary driver of performance improvement across key measurement solutions, strategic partners, and top advertisers through a mix of learning agenda development, measurement strategy, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution prototyping. Lead measurement, research, and learning plans for key clients, partners, and solutions in support of advertiser objectives, Snap’s business goals, and the long-term growth of the ads business. Develop strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps for ads measurement and insights products across assigned solutions, partners, industries, or verticals. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and R&D teams to identify, prototype, validate, and scale new measurement solutions and capabilities for the broader Marketing Science organization. Partner with Sales teams to deliver actionable insights, consultative recommendations, and measurement best practices that improve advertiser performance and strengthen client relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent years of practical work experience. 5+ years of post-Bachelor’s advanced analytics and measurement experience; or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field + 4 years of post-graduate advanced analytics and measurement experience; or PhD in a relevant quantitative or business field + 1 year of post-graduate advanced analytics and measurement experience. Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: conversion lift, brand lift, or econometrics modeling. Proficiency with advanced analytical tools (e.g., SQL, R, SAS). Ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations.
