Balance Supply & Demand: Build inventory burn-rate models, manage Epicor Kinetic PO workflows, and set safety stock levels to prevent stockouts without tying up cash. Automate & Modernize: Eliminate manual multi-system processes using Power Automate, Python, and SQL, phasing out legacy Excel macros in favor of scalable, AI-ready workflows. Requirements 3–5+ Years of Experience: Background in business, operations, or financial analysis within manufacturing, supply chain, hardware, or industrial service environments (physical product exposure is required). Deep Epicor Kinetic Expertise: Daily hands-on experience managing purchasing, inventory, and part masters, plus proven capability building BAQs and dashboards. Strong Technical & Analytics Stack: Proficient in SQL (Databricks/Spark SQL preferred), Python (pandas/PySpark), Advanced Excel (Macros/VBA), and Power Automate or workflow tooling. Financial & Supply Chain Acumen: Solid understanding of revenue recognition, cost drivers, inventory modeling, and min/max safety stock planning.
