Production Leader Opportunity

We are searching for an experienced production leader!

This role requires strong communication skills, experience with multiple product lines, thinking ahead, problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to quality & customer service. Recognizing how the role we play in production influences a customer to choose our product over the next. This is a leadership position that assists in making decisions on all aspects of Fresh Seasons Kitchen business. This includes new products, R&D, equipment investments, and will lead the production and assembly aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate has food production experience, loves winning, strong in problem-solving, solution-focused, detail-oriented, driven, self-directed, exhibits leadership qualities and excels at working as a key member of a team. The ability to multi-task while maintaining clear, positive communication (internally and externally) and adapting/contributing to this fast-growing organization, is essential in this position.

• Assist in Managing Inventory and Orders

• Oversee Regulatory Compliance
• Manage Line Equipment, Employees and Raw Materials
• Identify Problems and Implement Solutions
• Supervise and Manage Employees
• Conduct Frequent Line Tours
• Ensure Accurate Paperwork
• Communicate with Managers and Supervisors
• Lead and Conduct Safety Training
• Promote Team Environment
• Ensure Food Safety & Quality Compliance
• Ownership for Regulatory Compliance
• Perform Other Related Duties

Previous experience with managing production metrics. Track record of improved performance. Track record of bringing new products to market from concept to delivery. Experience with USDA and SQF, both preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years operational experience in a food production/manufacturing setting. General technical knowledge and proficiency with ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with food safety and compliance regulators. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods and comfortable working in various temperature conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other platforms. Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must successfully pass a criminal background check EOE/AA
