Job Description REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER for Home Care Agency (Monmouth and Ocean County) MONMOUTH AND OCEAN COUNTY FREEHOLD AREA IMMEDIATE opening REGISTERED NURSE, RN RN must have at least 5 years Nursing experience. Home care experiencecare experience a plus Our ideal Nurse will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual. This Registered Nurse will Orient and supervise field staff in delivering exceptional and quality clinical care to our clients. Position requires the Initial opening of cases, visiting clients and supervising field staff and conducting client re-assessments and completing the appropriate care plans for each client. This RN must be available to address any concerns of both clients and field staff. Flexibility with schedule needed.
