Financial Aid Advisor

Trevecca Nazarene University is a Christian community dedicated to providing education for leadership and service. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Financial Aid Advisor who is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals. In this role, you will guide undergraduate and graduate students through the financial aid process helping them understand their options and develop a plan to finance their education. You'll also collaborate with a supportive financial aid team to administer federal, state, and institutional aid programs. This is a full-time, 12-month salaried position based on campus reporting to the Director of Financial Aid. What You'll Do Provide personalized assistance to undergraduate and graduate students regarding financial aid programs, eligibility, and processes. Award and process federal, state, and institutional financial aid. Reconcile financial aid programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Assist with maintaining compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations. Support the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial aid systems and technology. Collaborate with colleagues across campus to provide outstanding service to students and families. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
