Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 05:45 PM - 05:45 AM Tue 09:45 PM - 01:45 AM Sat 05:45 PM - 05:45 AM Sun 05:45 PM - 05:45 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required. Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
