Job Details:

• Location: San Diego, CA
• Schedule: Day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with 8 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license from the CA Board of Registered Nursing; AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals certification; 2 years of recent, pertinent clinical experience; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience; experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), open heart procedures, cardiac robotic procedures, scrub experience, physician relations, and liaising with sterile processing teams
• Additional Information: The role requires demonstrating clinical competence in circulating CVOR, open heart procedures, and cardiac robotic procedures. The position involves assessing and improving competencies, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient care enhancement, daily operational issue resolution, staff orientation, leadership development, cost management, and safety management.
