**TITLE: Electrical- Engineer****We offer AWESOME BENEFITS !!!****LOCATION:** **CT - Orange - 100 Marsh Hill Rd****Work-Type: OFFICE****SALARY RANGE**: The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location ranging from $**96,000 to $120,500*****Job Summary:***The **Electrical Engineer** in projects organization will be responsible Substation designs across major capital projects, while also contributing to engineering standards and training initiatives. This role will oversee the engineering activities for the assigned project portfolio, ensuring all work complies with applicable regulations, adheres to company standards, and is executed with consistency and technical excellence.Position reports to the Unit Manager, but the position will work day-to-day in cross functional project team and support project needs as dictated by the Project Manager and Unit Manager.Experience with substation design and single one-line diagrams and knowledge of national and international standards, regulations, and compliance requirements associated with power system protection.***Responsibilities:**** Project detailed engineering, designs and calculations using standard methodology & principles including all phases such as: scoping and budgeting, conceptual engineering, engineering design, construction, and closeout.* Maintain, & understand drawings (e.g. schematics, one-line diagrams, etc,).* Develop & specify equipment, assemble documents & other requirements for assignments of projects using depth & breadth of expertise in own discipline.* Perform electrical engineering analyses and design using established methods and principles.
