This role is ideal for a dedicated certified school nurse looking to make a direct impact by participating in a single Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) alongside an audiologist. Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Nurse endorsement
• Previous experience in school nursing or comparable pediatric settings
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to complete assignments efficiently and with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an audiologist to perform a comprehensive Independent Educational Evaluation
• Assess and document relevant health information required for the evaluation process
• Ensure thorough and accurate completion of all required paperwork and reports
• Adhere to applicable state and district regulations and protocols
• Consult with stakeholders regarding findings as needed
• Complete all evaluation components by the designated September deadline
