We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery activities . You will work closely with project managers, business teams, clients and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate tasks, track progress and help ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

• Assist with project planning, scheduling and coordination activities.Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task lists and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Track project progress and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations and progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation, records and shared project files.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders and management.
• Monitor project deadlines, risks, issues and dependencies.
