Job Overview A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney to join its growing practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will handle litigation cases involving personal injury motor vehicle incidents, including trial preparation and trial. Duties Manage day-to-day handling of litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting expert reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Indiana State Bar Association. Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Indiana. Skills Strong litigation and trial preparation skills. Effective communication and client management abilities.
