Billing & Collections Specialist

Our law firm is seeking a sharp individual to join our financial team as a billing and collections specialist. You will have the opportunity to work with attorneys to revise, process, and issue accurate monthly billing. You will regularly speak with clients to ensure that they add the funds to their account necessary to retain the firm's service by reminding the client of their goals and the value that we provide. Consistent follow-up is required in this role, so prior experience in accounts receivable is highly desired. This is NOT a bookkeeper job. If you have at least 2 years of legal billing and collections experience, enjoy crunching numbers, have superior Excel skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, reach out to us today!
