Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Family Medicine NP/PA to work locum shifts in Columbus, IN. Position starts 6/8 - 9/7, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate.

The Family Medicine NP/PA role:

FM/Outpatient NP- Employee Health Clinic for employees and their families
6/8 - 9/7, Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri w/ rotating Sat 8a-12p
Ages 2 and up
Patients per day 14
EMR- EPIC

Requirements of the Family Medicine NP/PA role:

Active IN license
2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Certifications BLS
Active Board Certification
