As a Bartender at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, you'll play a key role in offering refreshing drinks and exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a family-friendly and positive environment. You must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver's license for this position. You'll be responsible for preparing a wide variety of beverages, assisting in the setup of the bar area, and engaging with guests to ensure their experience is memorable. Whether you're crafting the perfect cocktail or serving up a soda to a young guest, you'll contribute to the overall fun and excitement that families expect from their visit. Responsibilities:Verify the customers' agesMix cocktails and drink following provided recipesProcess paymentsClean glasses and bar utensilsMake suggestions based on customer tastes and preferencesProvide unsurpassed customer service. Skills:Must be 21+ years of ageKnowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding serving alcoholUnderstanding of unique and complementary flavor pairingsImpeccable customer service and social perceptivenessAbility to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcoholAccountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments We offer a competitive compensation and benefits program including health, dental, and vision insurance along with a company match 401(k) program to full-time employees.
