Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancementsLead or participate on large cross group projectsMentor less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported areaRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:4+ years Business or Risk/Compliance Analytics and/or AML or Operations.4+ years SQL data querying experience (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, GCP)2+ years developing in Fabric, Python, AlteryxBusiness Intelligent Report development experience (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)Prior experience building/supporting large analytical and/or reporting data environmentsExcellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to lead through adversity and adjust to changing priorities.Demonstrated experience in business-oriented analysis, metrics design, and data visualization techniques using large data sets sourced from a variety of data sourcesOperates independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manages work requests to meet performance expectationsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentJob Expectations:The Senior Analytic Consultant is required to be in the office 3 days per week for a minimum of 8 hours per day.The role is designed for a self-starter who can independently problem solve and execute with minimal manager oversight.This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorshipPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
