Key objectives/metrics include: Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans.* Develop district business plan with leadership and management teams.* Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment, vendor representatives, etc. **What you will bring:*** 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of degree. or Associate’s Degree (AA)* Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.* 5+ years sales and leadership experience* DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.**Compensation Plan Information:** This position offers a combination of base salary and target sales incentive bonus, with total annual target compensation ranging from **$140,000 to $215,000**.
