This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician seeking a collaborative practice environment, established patient base, and outstanding work-life balance with no hospital rounding . Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active New York Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) Active DEA Registration (or eligibility to obtain) Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary and preventive care for adult patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, CKD, thyroid disorders, and hyperlipidemia. Perform annual physicals, wellness visits, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs). Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies while developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with specialists and the multidisciplinary care team while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
