Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: North Charlotte/Lake Norman and Surrounding Areas, NC Job Description: The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes in accordance with the Plan of Care. The assistant will help patients regain their strength and mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury or disability. The assistant will also work with the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to work with our clients located in North Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding areas .
