Manager, Clinical Operations-Overnight Shift

iRhythm Technologies seeks an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team of 20-25 staff on overnight shifts, overseeing daily service delivery in a high-volume environment. The role combines team leadership, performance management, and operational oversight with a focus on quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of 20-25 non-exempt staff against production, quality, and operational standards
- Track performance metrics, implement process improvements, and manage escalation and recovery procedures
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and recognition, and coordinate training with clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies through cross-functional collaboration
- Manage team budget, headcount planning, and contribute to strategic operational initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years management experience in operations, medical device, healthcare services, or clinical settings
- Proven ability to lead large teams in high-volume service environments with strong performance management skills
- Expertise with KPIs, performance metrics, workflow automation tools, and production dashboards
- Strong cross-functional communication and customer service excellence in complex environments
- Understanding of FDA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience with escalation processes, staff coaching, and performance development
Compensation: $131,000-$170,000 base
