We are hiring Occupational Therapists for the following opportunities:

Home/Community-Based Early Intervention (Birth – 5)

Qualifications:

• Active TN Occupational Therapist license.
• Have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass background check clearance.
• Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Have the ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shift.
• Provide own transportation, computer, and cell phone.
• Experience with pediatric populations.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification.

Requirements:

• Provide evaluations.
• Develop and implement therapy goals.
• Collaborate as a team member with additional colleagues and families to provide well-rounded care.
• Provide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to the database timely.
• Collaborate on the implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Provide 1:1 dynamic intervention in the natural environment.
• Create interventions that focus on coaching and equipping the family/caregiver to reflect on his or her actions as a means to improve their child’s functioning.
