Job Type: On Site

Monty's Automotive is seeking an experienced and skilled Shop Foreman to lead our team of mechanics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in the automotive repair industry.
Technical Expertise : Proficient in diagnosing cars and electrical systems.
Team Leadership : Provide training and guidance to mechanics, ensuring they are compliant with industry regulations.
Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish.
Customer Relations : Handle customer complaints and maintain positive relations.
Scheduling : Create and manage employee schedules.
Shop Maintenance : Ensure the shop is organized and clean to prevent safety hazards.
Hands-On Work : Willing to work on cars as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role.
Strong leadership, punctuality, integrity, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
