Cardiac Care RN - Float Pool, Day Shifts

MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute in Washington state seeks a cardiac staff RN to join our float pool. This 0.9 FTE role supports multiple departments with 12-hour day shifts and rotating weekends, offering a comprehensive nursing practice in a multidisciplinary setting.
You will deliver care using the nursing process, collaborate with colleagues to enhance quality and patient experience, and advocate for patients’ autonomy and dignity while supporting staff development.
