Superintendent

About the Role A growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day field operations from project start through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the project management team. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Enforce site safety requirements and maintain compliance with company and OSHA regulations. Conduct regular subcontractor meetings and coordinate project activities. Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule or operational issues. Review and coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site records. Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Qualifications 5+ years of superintendent experience within commercial construction. Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction means and methods. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proven experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr SL Recruit
