Regional Director of Operations

We provide oversight to skilled nursing, residential and assisted living facilities in several states nationwide. They are able to share this knowledge with their clients, to assist the client-nursing facilities in providing the very best in patient care and efficient operations. We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Director of Operations to consult with our skilled nursing facilities in northern IN. You are responsible for the corporate oversight of your assigned facilities, assisting the Administrators with the overall operations, and adhering to all state and federal regulations. This position has travel expectation in Indiana and may require some overnight stays. Competitive salary, benefits package, and incentive program provided. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 year’s experience in multi facility oversight in the long term care industry Must be a licensed HFA in good standing in the state you are working in. Ability to effectively develop and implement marketing plans. Must have a strong knowledge of state and federal regulations that govern skilled nursing facilities. Be able to effectively work with teams at all levels. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports. Able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner. Ability to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple tasks.
