Building Maintenance Worker
The Oyster River Cooperative School District is seeking a full-time Maintenance Employee. Qualified candidates for this position must have experience in building maintenance. This is a full-year position, 40 hours per week. The hours are 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday. A full competitive benefits package, including New Hampshire Retirement Pension Plan, will be offered with this position. Two levels of medical to choose from; one plan is 100% paid, and the other is 94% paid. Two levels of dental are offered as well, single dental is FREE. Life insurance plan is 3x the annual salary, dependent life insurance is offered too as well as Long-Term disability. 10 paid vacation days, 15 paid sick days, 14 paid holidays, and 4 personal days. This person will be responsible for, but not limited to, general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, general carpentry, HVAC, grounds care, and project work.
