Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: Based on experience, incorporating the base salary range of $515,000 to $800,000 annually, plus wRVU bonuses and incentives

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient referral base with limited local competition
• Manage an average of 20-30 patients per day in outpatient clinics
• Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center, utilizing advanced technology including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
• Collaborate with on-site audiology and various subspecialty teams such as Allergy and Neurosurgery
• Participate in inpatient care with support from advanced practice providers and hospitalists
• Take backup call with APPs covering primary call responsibilities
• Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture emphasizing physician wellness and autonomy
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

What You Need

• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong surgical and clinical skills in ENT procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
