Administrative And Service Department Assistant

Administrative Answer, filter and prioritize phone calls and emails for the service department. Taking and delivering messages. Data entry into company's repair and parts system. Maintain service files

Service Department Input service work orders and close out completed works orders on a timely manner. Scheduling service calls and appointments between clients, retailers, builders, and service technicians.

Qualifications:

• Technology Savvy PCs, smart phones, tablets, work-related applications, video conferencing and other remote work tools.
• Internet & MS Office Suite Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Construction Experience is preferred.
• Able to multi-task and self-prioritize
• Reliable, dependable, flexible and punctual
• Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information
• Process and relay confidential and critical information with discretion
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work with staff at all levels
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude, self-starter, collaborative
• Highly effective in a team environment
• Creative problem-solver, detail-oriented
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced, dynamic environment
