Brige pplinces is seeking etil-oriente Proction ssembler to join or growing mnfctring tem. This hns-on role is responsible for ssembling procts n components, mintining qlity stnrs, operting proction eqipment, spporting mteril flow, n contribting to continos improvement inititives. Sccessfl employees proce high-qlity procts sfely, ccrtely, n efficiently while spporting proction scheles n mintining clen, orgnize work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Proct ssembly
• ssemble prts, components, sbssemblies, n finishe procts.
• Follow engineering rwings, bleprints, schemtics, work instrctions, n stnr operting proceres.
• Meet estblishe qlity n proctivity expecttions.
• Spport new proct introctions n prototype bils s ssigne.

Qlity
• Inspect incoming mterils, work-in-process, n finishe procts.
• se mesrement n inspection tools ccrtely.
• Stop work n notify spervision when qlity concerns re ientifie.
• Spport corrective ctions n continos qlity improvement.

Mchine Opertion
• Sfely operte ssembly eqipment, hn tools, power tools, n proction mchinery.
• Perform bsic trobleshooting n rotine preventive mintennce s irecte.

Mteril Mngement
• Move mterils between worksttions n wrehose loctions.
• Mintin inventory ccrcy n report shortges or mge mterils.
• ssist with pckging, shipping preprtion, n cycle conts.

Sfety & Complince
• Follow OSH reqirements, compny sfety policies, PPE reqirements, n Lockot/Tgot proceres where pplicble.
• Mintin clen, orgnize work re sing 5S principles.
• Report nsfe conitions immeitely.

Continos Improvement
• Prticipte in Len mnfctring n continos improvement ctivities.
• Ientify opportnities to improve sfety, qlity, proctivity, n efficiency.

Ection & Experience
• Reqire: High school iplom, GE, or eqivlent.
• Preferre: 1-3 yers of mnfctring, electromechnicl ssembly, foo eqipment, pplince mnfctring, or relte proction experience.
• Voctionl trining or technicl certifiction in Mnfctring, Mechnicl, or Electricl Technology is preferre.
• Len Mnfctring, 5S, ISO 91, or ES hnling experience is pls.
