Travel Physical Therapist - $2,355 per week

Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate assignment in South Lake Tahoe, California. Start Date: 04/27/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 35 hours per week with 8‑hour daytime shifts. Employment Type: Travel. We seek a PT with at least 1 year of experience (6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates) and BLS and state licensing. Responsibilities Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff. Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines. Understand the PT board’s rules and regulations and comply with state requirements. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused care plan. Understand adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Must have 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged. Must have BLS and state‑specific licensing. Physical strength to stand, walk, bend, lean or stoop for long periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Additional Requirements: BLS, ABPTS, 2 Years. Additional certifications may be required before beginning assignment.
