Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

We are partnering with a well-established heavy civil contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a company with a strong backlog, a collaborative leadership team, and a reputation for delivering high-quality civil construction projects. Responsibilities Manage multiple heavy civil projects from award through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost control. Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams. Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work. Mentor and develop junior project management staff. Qualifications 10+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience. Proven success managing infrastructure projects valued at several million dollars or more. Experience with roadway, bridge, underground utility, earthwork, site development, or transportation projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software, scheduling, and cost control systems. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
