We are looking for dedicated RNs who want to make a direct impact on the lives of patients and families by delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, families, and the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and health management.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow all applicable healthcare, safety, and infection-control standards.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at every visit.

What We're Looking For

Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Previous nursing experience preferred; home health experience is a plus.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment.
