Schedule:

• 36- or 48-hour contracts available

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years' stepdown or progressive care experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4 in a 16-20 bed unit
• Experience caring for patients with: sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, T2DM, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, providing timely interventions
• Administer medications, manage complex therapies, and respond to emergencies
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Document and maintain accurate patient records
• Support patients through all stages of treatment and recovery
