Just west of the city, beyond the skyline of tech towers and live music stages, you'll find a different rhythm. Small towns rich with character, farmers markets bursting with color, and neighbors who wave from their porches. It's where home health feels less like a job and more like a calling. In these communities, therapy sessions might take place beside a sunny window, on a shaded back patio, or near a kitchen table that's seen generations of family meals. Here, you're not just providing clinical care - you're becoming part of someone's story, in the place they call home. The landscape itself invites restoration. After your day's last visit, take a sunset drive along FM 150 or wind your way past the bluebonnets blooming near Wimberley. Grab dinner from a food truck under twinkling lights or catch a local band playing outside a neighborhood brewery. On weekends, explore limestone swimming holes, hike trails carved through cedar forests, or kayak along the San Marcos River. This is a region that blends soul and scenery. It offers access to world-class medical institutions and down-to-earth communities where your presence is truly felt. No state income tax, top-ranked schools, and a culture of wellness make Central Texas not just a beautiful place to work - but a beautiful place to live. What You'll Be a Part Of We believe that healing happens best when clinicians feel supported. Our home health team fosters connection through regular collaboration, shared resources, and a commitment to professional growth. You'll have the freedom to make autonomous decisions while always knowing you're backed by a team that values your voice. Whether you're just starting out in your SLP journey or bringing years of experience to the role, you'll find mentorship, mutual respect, and meaning in the work. Together, we're building a model of care that prioritizes people - their goals, their dignity, their potential. Let's Help Central Texas Speak, Swallow, and Smile Again If you're ready to turn living rooms into learning spaces, to restore voices and confidence one visit at a time, we'd love to meet you. This is more than a position - it's a purpose-driven path in a place that honors both clinical excellence and heartfelt connection. Apply today and bring your passion for communication to a community where every word counts - and every patient journey begins at home.
