- Support medical billing and claims follow-up
- Oversee clinician and client scheduling
- Coordinate staffing schedules and onboarding
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Experience in ABA, healthcare administration, or a medical office
- Knowledge of medical credentialing, billing, and insurance authorizations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- $60,000–$70,000 annual salary
- Full-time position
- Begins as an in-office role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after successful onboarding and training
