Alternative Investments Service Manager

Position Overview The Alternative Investments Service Manager Assistant Vice President will deliver high-touch, white‑glove service to Financial Advisors and their support staff, ensuring a superior level of satisfaction and fostering strong relationships within the Alternative Investments product lineup. Responsibilities and Qualifications 4–8 years’ experience in Financial Services Act as the single point of contact and relationship manager for the firm’s largest users of Alternative Investments Products. Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove level of service to ensure high satisfaction. Partner closely with internal teams to leverage experience, develop synergies, and provide guidance to strengthen and grow Financial Advisor relationships. Responsible for distributing timely and accurate notifications within Alternative Investments to Financial Advisors and their teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. CAIA designation or Fund Administration experience a plus. Securities licensing (SIE and Series 7 or 99) preferred. Compensation Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay, if hired, will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley‑sponsored benefit programs.
