Key Highlights Weekly pay range: $1,770–$1,848 per week Start date: 07/20/2026 Contract duration: Weeks Shift: Nights, 2x12-hour shifts Local candidates accepted; First-timers accepted Travel assignment in a hospital med/surg environment Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit, including monitoring, assessment, and ongoing documentation Administer medications and manage IV therapy according to physician orders and protocols Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition; elevate appropriately Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with unit policies and safety standards Demonstrate patient safety, infection control, and high-quality care through consistent practice May be asked to float to related units as needed to meet center needs Requirements Active RN license in Minnesota (valid at time of submission) BLS and ACLS required; TNCC may be optional for candidates with strong relevant experience Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; LTC/Critical Access experience within the last year (account compliance) preferred COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed) RTO requests must be submitted at submission; will not be approved after offer 2 references required at submission Background policy: will not accept background hits (including DUIs) Ability to work nights, with weekend coverage as described; willingness to float if requested Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and compliance assistance to keep licensure and vaccinations current Reference coordination and submission support (2 references required) Compliance guidance for vaccination and background checks Opportunities for extension based on center needs and performance Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
